Appointments in the school day

Use this link to request permission to attend appointments during the school day. These should be avoided wherever possible.

Permission to administer medication

Use this link to request that your child has medication administered. This should be prescription only and should be taken at home if possible. The medication must be presented in a labelled container showing the child's name.

Request for leave for religious observance

Use this list to request leave for religious observance. Days taken off but not requested will be unauthorised. Absences which bring the total number of days for religious observance above two will be unauthorised.
